ACTIVITIES

Several dissemination and information activities regarding the progress of the project are planned:

  • Kick off Meeting Conference;

  • On going Meeting;

 

These conferences are milestones of the project where the progress of the project will be disclosed to the teams that compose it, including an open seminar addressed to the Commission for Citizenship and Gender Equality and entities of the National Network.

  • Final Meeting Conference

 

This will aim to promote the presentation of ViViDo and awareness products, being addressed to the Commission for Citizenship and Gender Equality and entities of the National Network.

 

  • Sessions with content and products open to the public - 1 webinar, per year in which the project takes place, exploring themes directly related to the project, namely, domestic violence, support networks and equality and gender;

  • Presentation of the ViVido digital platform and training actions on how it works with project stakeholders;

  • Presentation of the project in international scientific discussion forums.

As planned in the training sessions for the ViViDo platform, it is with great satisfaction that we announce the conclusion of its development, in which all contributions and suggestions were reviewed and incorporated after validation of its feasibility by the team.


Following the best practices of software development for this type of solution, the ViViDo Platform was created in a "development" environment and made available in a "quality" environment, which enabled the performance of acceptance tests.


At the end of this period and after final validation by the ViViDo project team, the ViViDo Platform is ready for its availability in a "production" environment to be put online and its start of operation announced.


It should be clarified that the transition of the platform to the "production" environment is not the project team's responsibility. It is expected that the CIG, as soon as it meets the conditions, will give life to the Management Platform of the National Network of Support to Victims of Domestic Violence with access to all entities of the RNAVVD.


Presentation of the Project at ESAD

On 12/16, the ViViDo Project was presented at the School of Arts and Design (ESAD), in Caldas da Rainha, in the master's course " Design for Health and Well-Being". The team was represented by the project coordinator, Prof. Margarida Queirós, and two project members, Ana Ribeiro and Tiago Mindrico (Communication). The session was also attended by the designer Andreia Batista, who made a remote presentation of one of the project's outputs, the Web documentary "Feel(in) the Fields".
