The ViViDo project started a partnership with “CCR Legal – Sociedade de Advogados”, with a view to providing detailed advice on Data Protection issues that are adjacent to the preparation and implementation of the management platform of the National Network for Victims of Domestic Violence.
The accessory team is composed of Tiago Silva Abade - who between 2015 and 2018 was Head of the Office of the Secretary of State for Justice, now Coordinator of Public Law and Data Protection - and Rita Martins Freitas. Both were present at several meetings with the project team and partners, assisting in the construction of a report, delivered to the CIG.
The iterative report includes all the detailed information about the ViViDo Project's objectives and activities, as well as all the requirements that the future management platform will have. This report would result in the "Terms of Reference", used in the call to attract companies interested in the platform execution. More news about this will be published in July.
This partnership made it possible to voice many of the concerns that the ViViDo Project team has been recording throughout its activities with RNAVVD, on various issues related to the protection of data on the future platform.
